About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Trebbiano and Garganega fruit comes from the winery’s own vineyards.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation by the Charmat method in sealed tanks, with sugar and yeast added to the base wine. This preserves the grapes’ natural aromas and freshness.
Tasting profile
Fresh, with natural grape aromas.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with fruit desserts and pastries, particularly apple pie or strudel.
