About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Mantovano area of Lombardia, regarded as the only area outside Emilia-Romagna where Lambrusco may be produced under the appellation.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation using the traditional method.
