About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The vineyards are situated on sunny plains in Emilia-Romagna. Fertile alluvial soils retain moisture and support even ripening. The warm climate allows sugar to develop while preserving natural acidity.

Vinification

After harvest, the grapes are softly pressed. The must undergoes primary fermentation in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its fruit aromas. Secondary fermentation follows in temperature-controlled tanks using the Charmat method. The wine is then stabilized, filtered and bottled under pressure.

Ageing

The wine spends a short period on fine lees, adding roundness to the palate.

Tasting profile

Soft, aromatic and refreshing, with floral and fruity aromas, a characteristic spicy note and hints of honey. The palate is rounded and structured, with a light, fruity finish.

Serving and pairing

Pairs especially well with desserts.
