The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo traditional vinification under strict temperature control, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, seafood and vegetable salads.
