Vineyard and terroir
The Lambrusco fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Italy.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The must is vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in stainless steel vats.
