About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Emilia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo traditional red-wine vinification. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. No sugar is added; the wine’s sweetness comes from the grapes’ natural fruit sugar.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months in the same stainless-steel tanks used for fermentation.
Serving and pairing
Pair with grilled meat, Mediterranean dishes, mature cheeses, salami, spicy food, pasta, fruit, chocolate, desserts and freshly baked pastries.
