About this wine
Grapes
Garganega accounts for at least 70% of the blend, with other white varieties making up the remainder.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 14 days at 20 °C. Secondary fermentation follows in sealed tanks using the Charmat method, after which the wine is bottled under pressure.
