About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines were planted in 2005 at 500 metres above sea level, on clay soil.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand during the first ten days of October and transported to the winery in 15 kg crates. After sorting, they undergo cold maceration and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless-steel tanks, then for a further three months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Even when young, the wine is refined and elegant.
