About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The estate’s Fiano vines were planted in 2003 on clay soils at 500 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into 15 kg crates and transported to the winery. After sorting, they undergo cold maceration and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for three months in stainless-steel tanks and a further three months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Even in its youth, the wine displays finesse and elegance, with a balance between the vintage, terroir and grape.
