About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The selected fruit comes from the 3.5-hectare “Valdigallo” vineyard in northeastern Tuscany, at an altitude of 260 metres.
Vinification
Half of the grapes ferment in 500-litre French oak barrels and half in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine rests in oak barrels for more than two years, followed by three months in bottle.
Label / history
Created in 1980, the wine originated from Fabrizio Bianchi’s wish to produce a white wine reflecting the local character of Tuscany.
