About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “Barberino Val d’Elsa” site.
Vinification
The grapes are selected before fermentation in stainless-steel tanks for 12–15 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by three months in bottle.
