About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes underwent three days of cryomaceration in contact with the skins. The juice was then fermented in steel tanks for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 15 °C.
Ageing
The wine matured in bottle for two months.
Tasting profile
The nose is intense, while the palate is fresh.
