Sangiovese Grosso is used alongside Merlot.
Vinification
The varieties were vinified separately, with 10 days of maceration and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wines were aged separately in oak barrels for 10 months, then blended and rested for around six months in stainless-steel tanks.
