About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on marl soils containing clay and silica.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and pressed at the winery. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 16 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 228 L barriques, followed by a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
The nose has fresh, rich fruit aromas. The palate is soft and elegant, with velvety tannins and a long finish.
