About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in Doganella di Ninfa, in the municipality of Cori, on clay soils over a tuff subsoil. Planting density is 4,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested between 25 September and 5 October. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by 12 months in 1,000-litre oak barrels.
Label / history
Annual production is approximately 5,000 bottles.
