About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in Doganella di Ninfa, in the municipality of Cori, on clay soils over a tuff subsoil. Planting density is 4,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested between 25 September and 5 October and gently pressed at the winery. A short maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for six months in steel tanks, with regular bâtonnage.
