About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in Le Ferriere, in the province of Latina, on clay-limestone soils. Planting density is 4,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested between 25 and 30 September. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 10 months in stainless-steel tanks.
