About this wine
Grapes
Made from grape varieties typical of the local area.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then macerated in temperature-controlled tanks at 25–26°C for 8–10 days. Daily pump-overs are followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
Four months in stainless-steel tanks on the lees, with frequent bâtonnage.
Tasting profile
The current description presents a bright-pink rosé with fresh grapefruit, cherry and raspberry aromas and a sapid, mineral palate. Another published specification describes ruby red with intense purple reflections, red-fruit and floral aromas, and a fresh, pleasantly fruity taste.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10°C. Suitable as an aperitif and with cold cuts, salads, fresh cheeses, fish dishes, fried foods and Indian dishes such as curried chicken. It may be enjoyed now or kept for moderate ageing.
Label / history
The wine was conceived through a friend closely connected with the estate and dedicated to him through the name “Per Tì.” It was designed as a refreshing wine for informal evenings with friends and family.
