About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow without herbicides in the hills of Collio, at 230 m above sea level, on soils composed of layers of clay and sandstone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed, followed by skin contact for no more than one day. After gentle pressing, the must is separated from the sediment and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C. Every stage of production follows the phases of the Moon.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for seven months before filtration and bottling, then continues to mature for an unspecified period in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Refreshing and aromatic.
