About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow without herbicides in the hills of Collio at 230 metres above sea level, on soils composed of layers of clay and sandstone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. They undergo no more than one day of skin contact at 8 °C, followed by gentle pressing. The must is separated from the sediment at low temperature and fermented in stainless-steel tanks. Every stage of production follows the phases of the Moon.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for seven months before filtration and bottling, followed by further maturation in the estate’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Young, fresh and easy-drinking, with an appealing varietal aroma.
