About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on the Morainic Hills, in soils rich in volcanic rock and gravel.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, then immediately destemmed and pressed. Cold maceration is followed by fermentation at no more than 25 °C. The wine is racked off its sediment before ageing.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks, followed by further ageing in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Refined, aromatic and fruity, with good structure, a lively character and an easy-drinking palate.
