About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow in the commune of Soave at 350 m above sea level, on limestone and clay soils. Harvest begins in mid-September.

Grapes

The blend is Garganega, Pinot Bianco and Trebbiano di Soave. The text names Trebbiano di Soave, where the grape field lists Verdicchio.

Vinification

The grapes are destemmed and pressed immediately after picking, followed by a short cold maceration. The juice is separated from the skins and left to settle, then fermented for 10 days with selected yeasts. It is decanted after fermentation.

Ageing

The wine ages in stainless steel tanks, then in the bottle. The text gives no durations.
