About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Fiano, Grillo and Pecorino grow in separate vineyards across Abruzzo, Basilicata and Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness, and each variety is vinified separately. After gentle initial pressing, the must undergoes 12 hours of cold maceration before pressing. Pecorino ferments in large wooden barrels, while Grillo and Fiano ferment in stainless-steel tanks. The varieties are blended before bottling.
Tasting profile
A harmonious expression of the three varieties.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with appetisers, particularly ham and cheese, as well as delicate creamy soups, raw shellfish and fish dishes.
Label / history
The name reflects the aim of bringing together the character of native Italian white varieties in a complete, harmonious expression.
