About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the production area of Canosa di Puglia and the surrounding areas.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness. Fermentation proceeds in contact with the skins for about 15 days, with pump-overs every four hours.
Ageing
The wine matures for 4–7 months in new barriques, of which 30% are French oak and 70% American oak.
Label / history
In 2018, the wine received a Double Gold Medal at the Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Awards.
