About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed at a very low temperature. The juice undergoes cold pre-fermentation and static clarification before yeast is added, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 11 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures on its fine lees for 2–3 months.
Tasting profile
Refreshing, with a bright, fruity aroma.
