About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento, on well-drained limestone soils near Lake Arancio. The nutrient-rich soil and access to fresh water give the fruit a mineral character and crisp acidity, while abundant sunlight helps develop concentrated, well-balanced aromas.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. The juice ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, which preserves fresh, clean aromas.
Ageing
The wine ages in the same stainless steel tanks, without oak, which helps create a balanced flavour.
Tasting profile
Light, refreshing and Mediterranean in character. Citrus and stone fruit appear on both nose and palate, with a subtle mineral note and lively acidity.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with seafood, grilled fish, seafood pasta and light Mediterranean dishes.
