About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nerello Mascalese and Merlot are grown in Sicily and harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then gently pressed with minimal skin contact. Dry ice is used to limit exposure to oxygen, which helps preserve the purity of the aromas and the freshness of the fruit. Fermentation uses dry yeast in stainless steel tanks at 12–15 °C and lasts 15–20 days.
Ageing
The wine ages in the same stainless steel tanks, which lets it keep its light, fresh, clean character.
Tasting profile
A rosé with a light, clean taste, fresh berry notes and delicate acidity. The nose shows strawberry, redcurrant and citrus, lively and refreshing without being overly rich.
Serving and pairing
Suited to light appetizers, salads, fish and Mediterranean dishes.
