About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Cantine Cellaro's vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo a long maceration followed by malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages in barriques for six months.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with grilled or oven-roasted red meats and cheeses.
