About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the company’s old vineyards in Puglia, where the climate is favourable and the soils are sandy clay. These conditions produce ripe, juicy fruit.
Vinification
Harvest begins when the grapes reach optimal ripeness. At the winery, the fruit is destemmed and macerated for 8–10 days with regular pump-overs. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages in oak barriques for four months.
