About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The southwest-facing vineyards have clay-limestone soils. The Terre Natuzzi estate is situated in the heart of Cerreto Guidi, among Tuscany’s vineyard-covered hills. The mostly continental climate brings mild winters with rain and sunshine, followed by hot, dry summers moderated by brief showers, allowing the grapes to reach full ripeness.
Vinification
Made by Elisabetta Matteini, the grapes are gently pressed and macerated on their skins for one to two weeks to extract colour and other polyphenolic compounds.
