About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Malvasia Nera fruit comes from vineyards in Salento.
Vinification
After pressing, the must undergoes 8–10 days of temperature-controlled maceration with regular pumping over. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 6–8 months in second-use American and French oak barrels.
