About this wine
Vinification
After pressing, the must undergoes 8–10 days of temperature-controlled maceration with periodic pump-overs. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 6–8 months in previously used American and French oak barrels.
