About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and dried for eight weeks in a well-ventilated room to achieve the desired sugar concentration. They are then crushed and gently pressed before fermentation in wooden vats.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels.
