About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie east of Lake Garda, at 220–300 metres above sea level. The soils are rich in limestone and marl. The site and its growing conditions allow each variety to show its full potential. The wine is organic.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in large steel tanks under strict temperature control, with the juice pumped over twice a day.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in steel tanks, which helps it keep its freshness and lively character.
