About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Fontana Candida vineyards in Lazio.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested during the first ten days of September. Vinification lasted 10–12 days at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The young wine rested briefly, partly in barriques and partly in stainless-steel tanks.
