About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Fontana Candida vineyards in Lazio.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested during the first ten days of September and underwent 10–12 days of skin maceration.
Ageing
A quarter of the young wine was aged in barriques; the remaining 75% rested for four months in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
The name Togale refers to an ancient Roman senator and evokes his strong character.
