About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organically farmed fruit comes from Feudo di Mezzo (FM), specifically the lower part of the estate’s extensive vineyards. The soils are relatively deep and well aerated, and the vines are more than 40 years old.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in epoxy-lined tanks, with the skins and native yeasts, for 60 days. No sulfites are added during winemaking, or they are used only in minimal amounts.
Ageing
The wine remains in epoxy-lined tanks for several months after fermentation.

A traditional Sicilian expression marked by elegance and roundness.

Allow the wine to breathe for 1–2 hours before serving.
