About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from 70-year-old vines at Monte Colla (MC), facing Mount Etna and rooted in sandy and clay soils.
Vinification
The wine undergoes 60 days of skin maceration and ferments with native yeasts. No sulfites are added during production, or only a minimal amount is used.
Ageing
It rests for several months in epoxy-lined tanks.
