About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the hillsides of Bleggio and Valle di Cembra, where the climate is mild under the influence of nearby Lake Garda. The vineyards have sandy gravel soils and generous sunshine.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and pressed immediately on arrival at the winery to limit excessive oxidation. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in steel vats.
Tasting profile
Refined and delicately flavoured, with a pronounced, appealing aroma.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with light appetisers, vegetable or fish dishes, sushi and sashimi.
