About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the commune of Roverè della Luna at 200–300 metres above sea level. The vineyards have clay and alluvial soils that supply the vines with minerals, while their favourable aspect provides even, ample sunlight throughout the day.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery to limit excessive oxidation. Traditional fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature for 12 days.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly on its lees in the same stainless-steel vats.
Tasting profile

Serving and pairing
