About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Bricco dei Guazzi’s vineyards in Monferrato, whose terroir gives the wine its bold character and intense flavour.
Vinification
The grapes macerate for one week in large stainless-steel vats at 25–28 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in large oak barrels, followed by a further four months in bottle.
