About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in hillside vineyards in Valdobbiadene.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are crushed and gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in autoclaves for 35 days.
Label / history
V8+ is a range of sparkling wines distinguished by its bright, original design. The number eight represents infinity, the universe and eternal youth. It also refers to the eight minutes sunlight takes to reach Earth and illuminate the Otto Piu Vineyards.
