Vineyard and terroir
The Primitivo grapes are grown in Manduria, where the vineyards have a favourable climate and fertile soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness, after which the best berries are selected. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to retain their aromas.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels, which add complexity and depth.
