Vinification and ageing
The estate's general production method is selected manual harvest, controlled-temperature vinification and ageing in small oak barrels. No separate technical sheet with wine-specific maceration, ageing duration, alcohol or analytical values is published in the readable material.
Vintage notes and formats
The 2023 environmental-label page lists Standard 0.75 L and Magnum 1.5 L. For the 0.75 L package it gives a brown glass bottle, cork, aluminium polylaminate capsule and cardboard for multiples. For the Magnum package it gives a green/blue glass bottle, cork, aluminium polylaminate capsule and paper cardboard case.
