About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Villa Girardi vineyards in the Valpolicella Classico area, where many varieties of cherry tree grow.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes ferment in stainless-steel tanks for about six days.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel tanks for at least four months.
Serving and pairing
Pair with macaroni, pasta dishes, white meats or young cheeses.
Label / history
“Terra dei Ciliegi” means “land of cherries” in Italian, referring to the cherry trees found throughout the Valpolicella Classico area.
