About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards in the historic Valpolicella Classico area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, with only selected bunches used. They are dried on small racks on open verandas until February of the following year, then gently pressed and fermented.
Ageing
The wine matures for 30 months in 35 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by at least one year in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
