About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “Bure Alto” vineyard.
Grapes
The blend includes Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September. Fermentation lasts eight days at a controlled temperature of 25–30 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for 15 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
