About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of August and selected before undergoing a three-hour maceration. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless steel for five months, followed by further time in the winery’s cellars after bottling.

Aromas of wildflowers, sea breeze, strawberry and violet.
