About this wine
Grapes
A secret blend of several red grape varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted, destemmed and crushed. In stainless-steel tanks, they are worked gently to extract colour and primary aromas. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 22–24 °C.
Ageing
Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels, contributing a spicy character.

The wine has a spicy character from its partial ageing in oak.
