About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Moscato Bianco grows at 200–250 m above sea level in limestone and sandy soils, at a planting density of 4,000 vines/ha.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then destemmed, crushed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C and is stopped by cooling when the desired residual sugar level is reached. A second fermentation follows in autoclaves using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with fruity and floral notes on both the nose and palate.
